Accrava collects only the information needed to operate this website, respond to inquiries, protect the contact form, and understand the site’s overall performance.
Information collected
When you submit the contact form, Accrava receives the information you provide, including your name, email address, company, subject, and message. Technical and security information, such as your IP address, browser information, and challenge signals, may also be processed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, maintain appropriate business records, protect the site and contact form, and meet legal or security obligations. Accrava does not sell personal information.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Contact-form submissions pass through Accrava’s Cloudflare-based form relay, which retains a copy, and Resend delivers the submission by email. These providers process information only as needed to provide their respective services.
Website analytics
Accrava uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track individual visitors across websites.
Retention and disclosure
Contact submissions are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security requirements. Information may be disclosed to service providers described above, when required by law, or when necessary to protect Accrava, its customers, or others.
Your choices
You may ask Accrava to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with a contact-form submission, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Submit the request through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website or its data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
